North St. Paul:
- No street parking after 2 or more inches of snow.

- Through March 31, no street or alley parking between 1 a.m.-7 a.m.

Defensive driving class offered

A defensive driving class is being offered in the area. This is the class for people age 55 and older that gives them a 10 percent discount on their auto insurance. The course is taught by a National Safety Council certified instructor.
