The City of South St. Paul is responsible for the plowing of all publicly owned and maintained streets and alleys. The City typically plows for snowfalls of 2 inches or more.

Holiday play

Shawn Vougeot, Ace Martini and Jack the Dog are back for Town Square Television's second annual holiday show, up on the Rooftop - Letters to Santa. The play will be presented Thursday, Dec. 2, 7:15 p.m. on the stage at the South St. Paul High School Theatre, 700 2nd Street North.

The Benedictine Center is offering a day of renewal geared to the needs of lay ministers, ordained ministers, parish staff members and others who serve their churches and faith communities. It will be held Friday, Dec. 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Christmas at the Monastery

The Sisters of St. Benedict of St. Paul's Monastery will host "Christmas at the Monastery...Coming Home" Dec. 4 from 4 to 7 p.m. at St. Paul's Monastery, 2675 Benet Road in Maplewood.

The event will benefit the Sisters of St. Benedict and all their ministries.
