Command Master Chief Ron Eggert retired from the United States Navy on August 7, 2015 after 30 years of honorable service. He was selected to the Navy’s highest enlisted rank in March of 2005 then
followed with Command Master Chief tours at VR-1, VAQ-209, Fleet Logistics Support Wing, and Naval Air Station Fort Worth, Texas. A 1980 graduate of Frank B. Kellogg High School, Ron currently resides in Granbury, Texas with plans to eventually settle in Petersburg, West Virginia with his wife Alice.
