Falcon Heights Elementary Kids Stuff Sale

The Falcon Heights Elementary Kids Stuff Sale is Saturday, April 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the school. The sale will feature gently used kids clothing, toys, sporting goods, furniture and more. Half-off discounts begin at 11 a.m. The school is located at 1393 Garden Ave. in Falcon Heights. Do Good Roseville conversation

With all the talk about immigrants and refugees in the news, Do Good Roseville wants to gather its neighbors together to talk about what can be done to support Roseville’s immigrant and refugee neighbors. As with the past Neighbor-to-Neighbor conversations, this is designed as a conversation and idea exchange; there is no set agenda. Everyone is welcome. The discussion is Thursday, April 20, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Autumn Grove Park Building, 1365 Lydia Ave. in Roseville.

 

Arbor day planting in New Brighton

Join in the Arbor Day celebration and help plant trees at Hansen Park in New Brighton on Friday, April 28. Meet at the west parking lot access from 16th Avenue and Fifth Street NW at 9:30 a.m. Bring a shovel and dress for the weather. CSA deliveries in Roseville

The MN Food Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, operates a training program in certified organic vegetable production for beginning and immigrant farmers. Its community supported agriculture boxes are packed with the highest quality local food purchased from farmers in the program. Become a member of the CSA and you too can support farmers from 10 different cultures practicing sustainable agriculture and building a local food system in our community. Spring dance for older adults at RAHS

The Roseville Area High School Student Council is hosting a spring dance for the community’s older adults on Sunday, April 30 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Live music will be performed by the Bob Hallquist Band. Free admission and refreshments — the school is located at 1240 County Road B2 W.

 

 

 

 

Ramsey County Fix-It Clinic in Roseville

Ramsey County’s next free Fix-It Clinic will be held at the Roseville Library on Saturday, April 29 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Volunteer “fixers” will work with individuals to fix up to three broken items and teach valuable repair skills free of charge. Individuals can bring items, such as small household appliances, electronics and mobile devices to the clinics. The library is located at 2180 Hamline Ave. N.
