Comedian Alan Carr, who was in the studio as another guest in the episode, clasped his hand over his mouth in surprise.
Capello, 25, captured the moment in her stride saying, “She just gave it to you; I hope you don’t see the nipple.”
Co-host Alex Jones responded: “There I was wardrobe malfunction. There was a flash of something, I don’t know what I saw.”
Referring to a clip that was just shown in the episode, Carr joked that Cabello had “flashed it online.”
“I just made an item in it – what are the chances?” “It’s all together,” he said sarcastically, adding Jones.
