Amazon Prime Day officially starts on July 11th, but this deal is already in effect. All new Amazon Echo Buds True wireless earbuds were released in June of 2023. They retail for $49.99, but anyone who pre-ordered was able to snag an early $39.99. But today you can get them for even cheaper than that; As part of its Early Prime Day deals event, Amazon is offering just $34.99 right now, which is a 30% savings.
Early Day Deal to Mind: 30% off all-new Echo Buds
At $35, this is a great price for true wireless earbuds especially when you can easily pay over $200 for other brands. These are the second generation of true wireless earbuds from Amazon. Audio is delivered through 12mm drivers (which are actually larger than the 11mm Airpods) and speech quality is enhanced by dual microphones and a voice-detection accelerometer. Battery life gets up to 5 hours of continuous music playback on a single charge, but the included charging case extends that time to 20 hours. You also get other useful features like multipoint Bluetooth pairing so that you can easily connect up to two different devices and switch between them.
The Echo Buds do not have any active noise cancellation. They have a semi-in-ear design, which means the earbuds aren’t completely sealed off to prevent all ambient noise from reaching your ear. This means you still get some level of passive noise isolation, but you’ll still be able to be aware of your surroundings. Semi-in-ear earphones are more comfortable than earphones that completely close your ear, too.
Since this is an Amazon product, it’s designed to work seamlessly with Alexa, Amazon Music, and Audible. Play music, play podcasts, listen to Audible, make calls, set reminders, and more, all with your voice. This is not to say that the Echo Buds exclude all other ecosystems. Lucky for you, it’s also compatible with iOS and Android, and supports access to Siri and Google Assistant.
