The purpose of the Advisory Committee is “to promote the coordination of activities related to the issue, reunification and restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, protection of the rights and interests of the citizens of Ukraine; the armed occupation and temporary occupation of a part of the territory of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, as well as plans and activities within the Crimea Platform activities of the Government of Ukraine, its citizens and dealing with the consequences of damages and compensation to legal entities” .

The Secretary of the Council is the Ambassador of the President of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
