Rooms to watch movies

Inquiring minds

Each week the staff at the Roseville Library answers more than 2,500 questions on every subject under the sun. Here is one of the most interesting ones they’ve gotten lately.

Q. Does the Roseville Library have rooms where people can view DVDs that they have checked out from the library?

A. The Roseville Library has private study rooms but none of them have computers in them. If you bring your own laptop and if your laptop has a disc drive, you could certainly watch DVDs in the library. Alternatively, the library has a portable disc drive that you can attach to any of the work-station computers in our building. You would need to listen to the DVD through a headset, either one you bring with you or one of ours. You can ask at the Information Desk to learn more about this.
