Bears signature on the offensive line Dakota Dozier

The bear They were added to their offensive lineup on Wednesday. The team has announced that Ryan Pauls have signed former Viking Dakota Dozier on a one-year deal.

The Jets selected Dozier in the fourth round of the 2014 draft. He made his NFL debut one year later, and in all matches Dozier played in 38 games, starting with seven. Dozier signed with the Vikings in 2019, and started all 16 of their left guard games in 2020. But he only appeared in six games last season, exclusively on special teams. During his three-year tenure at Minnesota, Dozier played in 38 games, starting with 20. In addition to the left guard, Dozer also started at the right guard and the Minnesota center.

The Poles hinted that changes would come to the Bears offensive line this year, and so far he has made several moves. The Poles chose not to re-sign with James Daniels, who chose the previous second round, allowing Daniels to sign with the Steelers. In addition, he signed with Lucas Patrick, who could replace Sam Mustipher as the starting hub for the Bears.

Outside the offensive line, the Poles signed defensive tackle Justin Jones, defensive end Al-Kidin Muhammad, wide receiving Byron Pringle and Equanimus Saint Brown, and full-back Kharry Blassingame. The Poles also re-signed DeAndre Houston-Carson and Patrick Scales, and Mustipher, Jesper Horsted and Lachavious Simmons.
