BTS Fans have had to get inventive in how they celebrate their favorite band — while forbidding standing, singing, and screaming at a recent concert — but they still managed to make the noise.
The super group just walked off the stage after a huge show in South Korea on Thursday night. While there were more than 15,000 people on hand at the fair, everyone had to follow strict COVID protocols set by the government.
In a statement prior to the show, BTS’ management shared. Big Hit Music’s agency said, “Loudly chanting, shouting, chanting and standing during ‘BTS Permission to Dance On Stage – Seoul’ is strictly prohibited as per government guidelines.”

However, fans were provided with “clappers” – and used them to their full potential – synchronizing the applause with the songs, making a lot of noise in the process.
Thursday’s show was the first of 3 shows the group, who hails from South Korea, will perform in their home country… It’s their first show there since the pandemic.
We should note… that the stadium where the group is performing has a capacity of 70,000, so the 15,000 fans have also been scaled back.
