French authorities have confiscated a mega yacht they say is linked to Igor Sechin, the Russian billionaire who is chief executive of state oil company Rosneft. He previously served as Russian Deputy Prime Minister within Putin’s government. Forbes mentioned Sechin is known in Russian business circles as “Darth Vader”.

Forbes magazine reported that the 500-foot luxury yacht of Russian billionaire and businessman Alisher Usmanov has been seized in Germany. The European Union also imposed sanctions on Osamov.
