Kim Kardashian is back on the Met steps! At the 2024 Met Gala — the reality star and entrepreneur attended in its 11th year — she wore a custom look from Maison Margiela.
Kardashian recently attended John Galliano’s Margiela Artisanal show, where she sat front row alongside her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kylie Jenner. (She even added a pair of the brand’s polarizing slotted-toe Tabi shoes to her collection.)
John Galliano, creative director of Maison Margiela, designed Kardashian’s armor-shaped jacket with floral motifs printed on the bodice. Kardashian added a silver floral dress, worn pleated like a skirt, and custom Margiela pants that matched the bra. Over the metallic outfit, she wore a gray bolero jacket. With a cinched waist and shoulders, Kardashian’s Met look returns at the Spring 2024 couture show that set the internet on fire.
The Skims founder regularly rocks her Met Gala looks. Last year, she hung herself with thousands of Schiaparelli-designed pearls. For 2019’s “Notes on Camp,” she pushed herself to the limits in a wet Thierry Mugler dress dripping with crystals, contorting her body into an exaggerated silhouette.
