9:25 AM PT – Zoe Frost – The famous jeweler who made the ring for the couple – narrates TMZ Sports …Owens actually approached him several months ago to manufacture the piece.
Zo Frost says the two worked closely on the project, adding that Owens chose the diamond himself.
“He wanted to add a special touch to the ring by adding a halo around the oval diamond,” Zoe Frost said of the details in the ring. “The center stone is a 3 carat oval diamond with an F color and VVS2 clarity.”

Owens just posted photos of the big moment saying that Biles “has no clue what’s going to happen.”

In the photos, you can see that Biles was happy with the whole thing, smiling from ear to ear and showing off her new diamond-encrusted hand.
Biles also commented on it all, saying it’s “easier yes.”
She said, “I can’t wait to spend with you forever and ever, you’re everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more! Let’s get married FIANCÉ.”
Biles and Owens started dating in 2020 and have been inseparable ever since. Owens has been hugely supportive of her during her low-key moments at the Olympics, and Biles has been regularly seen in his training and soccer games over the past two years.
