One of them, identified as Mercyhurst University’s Carson Breyer, sits in the chair and rocks back and forth before standing up and pushing the chair down the stairs.

The wheelchair is damaged, but the owner is still able to use it.

Both Carson Breyer and his father, Daniel Breyer, issued statements apologizing for the incident.
