An Italian court has ordered the analysis of anti-Covid vaccines based on messenger RNA

An Italian court, approached by an opponent of the anti-Covid vaccine, has ordered a laboratory analysis of messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines, the plaintiff’s lawyer said on Saturday, according to AFP, Agerpres reported.

The court in Pesaro, near San Marino (East), appointed an expert to determine the content of the anti-Covid vaccines produced by Moderna and Pfizer/BioEntech. These investigations will be carried out in September, said lawyer Nicoletta Morante.

In his opinion, it is about “the first in Italy, maybe in Europe”.

The plaintiff, who already had the disease, is a 50-year-old man working in an educational setting whose work is subject to a vaccination obligation in Italy. His lawyer said he was subject to administrative sanctions following his refusal to be vaccinated.

According to the complaint consulted by AFP, it wants to know what proteins these vaccines contain and whether they contain “non-human or health-threatening adjuvants” in addition to asking them to determine whether vaccinating people who have recovered from Covid-19 satisfies good drug administration. .

Messenger RNA therapy trains the immune system to recognize and neutralize the proteins present in the virus by replicating the cells.

In support of the civil complaint submitted to the court in Pesaro, the lawyer included the opinion of a researcher, presented as an independent virologist, who believes that mRNA vaccines do not fulfill the protective function for which they are administered. These vaccines, he wrote in the complaint, “lack the reported functional conformance” and the immune response they generate is “ineffective.”

According to the World Health Organization, more than 12 billion anti-Covid vaccines have been administered worldwide, and 60% of the population has received two doses of the vaccine.
