Kadyrov says he rescued his favorite horse with the help of Ukrainian spies. It cost him $18,000: “It’s a pittance.”

Ramzan Kadyrov said on his Telegram channel that he got back his stolen horse in the Czech Republic with the help of Ukrainian special services. The Chechen leader paid $18,000 to see Jaso again.

In March, the international press reported that Kadyrov’s stallion was stolen from a stud farm in Krapsis, Czech Republic. The horse, named Zazou, was part of the goods placed under EU sanctions 9 years ago.

Now, the Chechen leader tells what really happened to his horse and how he recovered it with the help of Ukrainians.

“At the beginning of the year, representatives of the Ukrainian special services approached me through intermediaries, who offered to buy Zazou. They knew my connection with the horse, and they were right – of course I agreed. Honestly, I thought that Zazou would be removed and somehow officially transferred to the special services. It turned out to be a bold plan – they simply staged his theft from a stable in the Czech Republic. I remind you that it seemed strange to anyone how an expensive horse could disappear. It seems to be possible. Now Zazou is going home,” Kadyrov said, according to NEXTA.

He said he paid $18,000 to see Zazou again: “Given his true value and excellent pedigree, it’s a pittance.”

“So, friends, if you need to bring something from Europe, turn to Ukrainian special services. Fast, professional, cheap and avoiding obstacles!”, said the Chechen leader.
