Kevin Costner lists the Aspen ranch for rent – for $36,000 a month

Kevin Costner may not be ready to give up his Yellowstone ranch in Montana, but he does welcome you to his real-life Colorado ranch.

The Post has learned that the recent Golden Globe winner is renting out his 160-acre home in Aspen for $36,000 a night.

The property went up for rent last week.

Consisting of 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms, it occupies approximately 6,000 square feet.

Known as the Dunbar Ranch, it has been billed as the “ultimate luxury getaway,” and is located just minutes from downtown Aspen.

Property features include 24/7 caretakers on site, a baseball field, a ski hill, three hot tubs, and the ability to comfortably sleep up to 27 people.

Costner usually rents out the home during the winter months. The last time he listed the property for rent was in 2021.

Costner, 68, purchased the land in 2000 before converting it into the property it is today.

Rumors surfaced on Friday about whether the fifth season of the hugely popular series will be completed It would be Costner’s last in playing his famous role.

Costner is now working on a four-part blockbuster called “Horizon,” which he is producing, directing, and starring in.
