The governor of the Khabarovsk region in the far east of the Russian Federation presented Vladimir Putin with a “tactical 4×4 vehicle” and a toy model of a sleeping bag during a meeting in the Kremlin on Thursday.
Besides the toy car, Governor Mikhail Dektyarev also showed Putin a model of a sleeping bag for the Russian military.

“All products are made by local industry,” the Russian official told the Kremlin leader.
According to Russian media, the governor of the Khabarovsk region told Putin that he would like to present a “master plan” for the region’s development to him during the Eastern Economic Forum scheduled for September.
